Role Description The Project Site Supervisor is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of Chowk Entertainment projects from inception to completion. This includes supervising contractors and vendors, monitoring project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The supervisor will coordinate with design, operations, and management teams to ensure that site layouts, installations, and equipment align with Chowk’s experience-focused standards. Day-to-day tasks involve conducting virtual site reviews, managing progress reports, resolving issues or delays, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. The role also includes optimizing processes, supporting modular design implementation, and ensuring that each project delivers a cohesive, engaging, and inclusive experience for visitors.
Qualifications

• Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.
• Experience in site supervision, construction or fit-out management, and contractor/vendor oversight.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, quality assurance practices, and compliance standards.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, layouts, and design specifications.
• Proficiency with digital tools for remote supervision, reporting, and documentation.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in entertainment, hospitality, retail, or community spaces is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, or related field.
• Capacity to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Flexibility to coordinate with multiple sites and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
