Job Summary The Client Onboarding Project Specialist will lead the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition onto our platform and solutions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide clients through the onboarding process, and ensure all requirements are met and delivered within agreed upon timelines. Duties and Responsibilities Serve as primary point of contact for assigned new client onboardings. Plan, coordinate, and execute onboarding plans. Create a collaborative partnership with internal teams. Establish strong rapport with new clients, proactively addressing their needs and concerns throughout the onboarding process. Work closely with sales, client success, and technical teams to coordinate seamless onboarding experiences. Provide clear communications and ensure all onboarding documentation is current and accurate. Continuously see opportunities to improve the onboarding process and enhance the overall client journey. Minimum Qualifications Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple onboardings simultaneously. Client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of background screening or similar industries (preferred) Strong focus on client satisfaction, providing timely support and creating effective solutions. Consistently deliver amazing client experiences. Working conditions This job operates in a professional office environment or remotely. This role routinely uses general office equipment.
