Your role We are looking for a driven and experienced People Manager, Project Manager with a passion for managing IT projects and guiding talented development teams, preferably in BI, DWH, Big Data, or Cloud areas. This role involves direct collaboration with external clients, focusing on building strong partnerships and delivering projects with excellence. Your tasks Managing scope, schedule, and budget of the project Designing and organizing solutions delivery model Recruitment, onboarding and introducing new employees to the company and department Onboarding of employees to projects based on their experience and competences as well as their recruitment and hiring Leading a team developing and maintaining BI, Big Data & Cloud Data solutions designed for the individual needs of our clients Your profile Proven track record in leading development teams or managing IT projects in complex environments Experience in working with external client Honesty, open mind, and good teamwork skills Good command of English or/and German What You'll love about working here Well-being culture: medical care with Medicover, private life insurance, and Sports card.
