Experience you’ll need to bring: 2–4 years in a coordinator, project, or operations role across multiple teams; Solid Jira and Confluence user, comfortable configuring workflows and dashboards; Comfortable using AI tools in daily work; Hands-on with at least one no-code automation tool.
