Role Description This is a full-time Projects Sales Engineer role based in Cairo, Egypt, with a hybrid work arrangement allowing some work from home. The Projects Sales Engineer will identify and pursue project-based sales opportunities, prepare technical and commercial proposals, and manage the sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation and closing. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with contractors, consultants, and developers, conducting site visits, and providing technical support on Saveto’s construction materials and solutions. The Projects Sales Engineer will collaborate with internal teams such as engineering, operations, and customer service to ensure timely delivery, quality, and after-sales support. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate sales reports, forecasting project pipelines, and representing Saveto Group at meetings, presentations, and industry events.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Sales and Sales skills, including pipeline development, proposal preparation, and deal closing.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to engage stakeholders, handle inquiries, and provide ongoing support.
• Candidates should possess Sales Management skills, such as planning, forecasting, and performance tracking for project accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Architecture, or related field) or a closely related discipline is preferred.
• Experience in construction materials, building systems, or project-based B2B sales in the Egyptian or regional market is an advantage.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications, with strong problem-solving and negotiation capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, along with a valid ability to travel locally for client visits and site meetings as required.
