Manage day-to-day facilities operations across multiple sites Establish and oversee maintenance schedules Responsible for asset maturity and lifecycle planning Effectively manage contractors and suppliers through procurement, contract management, and performance monitoring processes Ensure compliance with WHS, building and essential services requirements Proven experience in property and/or facilities management Strong contractor, supplier, and stakeholder management skills Sound understanding of WHS, building compliance, and essential services Organised and proactive, with strong problem-solving abilities Commercially minded with experience managing budgets and projects What’s in it for you?
