As a Commercial Property Lawyer, you will: Manage a complex caseload involving all aspects of commercial property work. Provide technical legal advice to internal clients and stakeholders. Draft and negotiate complex legal documents for a wide range of property transactions. Advise on law and practice relating to the structure of transactions and commercial property law. Apply legal knowledge to support the council’s strategic objectives while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. What we're looking for: Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, or equivalent with a current practising certificate with developed experience in commercial property law. Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Excellent research and analytical abilities. Ability to manage a varied caseload and work independently. Knowledge of local government and public law is desirable.
