About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a residential portfolio while overseeing maintenance coordination across residential and commercial properties. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who can manage multiple priorities, take ownership, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.  OPTIMAL Testimonial Video : drive.google.com/file/d/1odXjOKSF6w64Z-1Srh8NCYXZkpf2s4sW/view Primary Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of a residential portfolio Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and unit turnovers Manage vacancy postings, leasing coordination, and applicant screening Handle lease renewals and rent increases Act as the primary point of contact for tenant concerns and requests Coordinate maintenance work orders, vendor scheduling, and follow-ups Obtain vendor bids and assist with project coordination Provide support to the commercial property management team as needed Ideal Qualifications 2+ years of experience in property management or maintenance coordination Hands-on experience with leasing, tenant relations, and unit turns Proficiency in AppFolio or similar property management software Experience using tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, and Asana (or similar) Strong organizational and communication skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused Compensation & Benefits Salary: TBD Schedule: Weekdays (Monday–Friday) Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST Paid Time Off: 10 days Paid Holidays: 6 days (Philippine holidays) HMO: Provided after 6 months
