Prospect and Systems Management Analyst - Hybrid The Prospect and Systems Management Analyst plays a strategic role in supporting the Foundation's fundraising efforts by partnering with philanthropy officers to build, manage, and optimize prospect portfolios and fundraising pipelines. This position tracks prospect activity through the moves management process, provides analysis and recommendations to strengthen portfolio performance, and facilitates portfolio reviews and strategy discussions. The analyst also conducts prospect research to inform cultivation and solicitation strategies, leveraging demographic, philanthropic, and engagement data to identify opportunities for donor engagement. Additionally, the role maintains the integrity and accuracy of prospect records and databases, ensuring reliable data and reporting that support fundraising success. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Journalism, or Public Administration Or an equivalent combination of education and experience 2 or more years within a fundraising environment, preferably in a prospect management or research role. Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel. Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree Experience working with a donor database (i.e., Blackbaud products, Salesforce, etc.).
