Proxy Product Owner Data - Cybersecurity application

As a Proxy Product Owner - Data in Cybersecurity at Ivy Partners, you will: - Structure and support a smooth transition from the build phase to the run phase of project activities. - Own and manage the ServiceNow incident backlog. - Propose arbitration on ServiceNow run tickets based on risk and business impact. - Analyze and coordinate ServiceNow incident tickets with the development team, and communicate outcomes to users. - Produce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for recurring incidents to enable the external run team to handle routine operational tasks. This includes creating investigation procedures, providing developers with useful code snippets, and drafting remediation procedures. - Implement monitoring and alerting on Security Analytics data sources to ensure data freshness, quality, and availability. - Ensure the operational performance and reliability of solutions delivered by the Security Analytics team. - Contribute to user training and support on both the Power BI report and the dataset model (self-BI). About you You are our ideal candidate if you: - Have strong experience in data and business intelligence projects. - Are knowledgeable in Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, and Power BI. - Possess strong SQL skills for performing data analysis. - Have proven experience as a Product Owner in Agile environments (Scrum) with a background in using JIRA. - Maintain a good general understanding of IT principles (protocols, APIs, network, etc.). - Have excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills; are decisive and focused on outcomes. - Are fluent in English.
