About the Role: As a PtP Student Assistant , you’ll play a key role in supporting our financial operations while building hands-on experience in a dynamic, multinational environment. What You’ll Do: You’ll work closely with the Procure-to-Pay (PtP) team on daily and project-based tasks, including: Maintaining excellent relationship with Suppliers and Local Business Units Overseeing and tracking the status of pending transportation documentation to ensure timely completion and compliance Verifying the accuracy of transportation documents and updating them in the system Collaborating with finance teams Supporting other team members in day-to-day operations according to the assigned tasks Carrying out any other tasks requested by a Team Leader or Manager We’re seeking students who: Are currently studying Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field Are available for a minimum 25 hours per week Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, with a focus on precision and quality Are fluent in spoken and written English Have solid knowledge of MS Excel (e.g., conditional formatting, sorting, and basic formulas such as SUM, IF, COUNTIFS, TEXTJOIN, VLOOKUP) Demonstrate strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-player mindset What we offer: Contract of mandate for a period of 3 or 6 months (with the possibility of extension) Valuable work experience in a multinational company Opportunities to discover your career path and grow within the finance field Practical, hands-on knowledge to support your studies Flexible schedule to fit around your studies Hybrid work model Monthly salary for your work and commitment Scandinavian work culture - our company values equality, teamwork, and a healthy work-life balance.
