As we continue to expand across global markets, we are looking for a Publisher Partnership Manager to drive publisher growth and strengthen our presence in Vietnam.
Role Description :
As a Publisher Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing relationships with mobile app and game publishers across Vietnam. You will play a key role in expanding Jungle Technology's publisher network, driving revenue growth, and helping publishers unlock new monetization opportunities through our innovative solutions.
This is a fully remote role based in Hanoi, Vietnam, with regular travel to Ho Chi Minh City and industry events as required.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, engage, and onboard new mobile app and game publishers in Vietnam.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with publisher partners to drive long-term business growth.
- Present Jungle Technology's monetization solutions and demonstrate value to prospective partners.
- Travel within Vietnam, including Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, to meet publisher partners, attend industry events, and strengthen client relationships as required.
- Lead commercial discussions, negotiate partnership agreements, and close deals.
- Manage key publisher accounts and ensure high levels of partner satisfaction.
- Identify upselling opportunities and additional revenue streams within existing accounts.
- Prospect and generate leads through email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Provide strategic recommendations to publishers on monetization performance and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Ad Monetization, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing account success.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the mobile app and gaming ecosystem.
Required Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of professional experience in digital media sales, business development, partnership management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in App/Game Publisher Sales (mandatory).
- Proven track record of acquiring and managing publisher partnerships.
- Strong understanding of mobile app monetization, mediation platforms, header bidding, and ad tech ecosystems.
- Existing network of app and game publisher contacts in Vietnam is highly preferred.
- Experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing the full sales cycle.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Professional proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience working with ad networks, mediation platforms, mobile gaming companies, or app publishers.
- Familiarity with industry platforms such as AppLovin MAX, Google AdMob, LevelPlay, or similar monetization solutions.
- Experience attending and representing companies at industry conferences and networking events.
