JOB DESCRIPTION: YOUR TASKS Take technical ownership for the operation, maintenance, and continuous enhancement of RPA, AI, and automation solutions within Purchasing Ensure stable and reliable operations by managing incident resolution, root cause analysis, user support, and continuous optimization of existing digital solutions Translate business requirements into technical solution concepts and coordinate the implementation with internal IT and external development partners Evaluate, introduce, and govern new technologies in the areas of SAP, RPA, AI Agents, APIs, Document Intelligence, and Process Mining Support the transformation from traditional rule-based automation towards intelligent, agent-based AI solutions, ensuring scalability, operational excellence, and long-term business value YOUR PROFILE Degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field Experience in automation, system integration, digital transformation, or solution architecture Exposure to business processes in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field Hands-on knowledge of UiPath or comparable RPA platforms, SAP ERP / SAP S/4HANA, APIs, and integration technologies AI Agent concepts and orchestration frameworks, Azure Cloud and AI services and workflow automation platforms is a plus Strong technical curiosity and systems thinking Outstanding communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences - ability to bridge business and technology Excellent stakeholder management skills Fluent English WHAT WE OFFER Through a blend of engineering excellence, sustainable development and social responsibility, our employees help to drive progress at more than 100 sites in 30 countries.
