Sunbrite Outdoor Furniture has been a trusted name in premium outdoor furniture for over 30 years based in Orlando, FL. As we continue to grow and expand our national presence, we are looking for a dynamic Marketing Director to lead our marketing strategy and build a high-performing marketing team from the ground up. You will be joining our growing remote team in the Dominican Republic as we scale Sunbrite's presence in the US.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Purchasing Manager to take full ownership of our buying process—from issuing purchase orders to ensuring products are delivered on time and at the right cost. This is a critical role within our operations team. You will work directly with vendors and internal teams to keep projects running smoothly while helping us improve and scale our purchasing systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end purchasing process—from purchase order creation through final delivery
• Create, issue, and manage purchase orders with accuracy across pricing, specifications, and timelines
• Build and manage vendor relationships as the primary point of contact for all suppliers
• Track production and shipping schedules, ensuring on-time delivery and proactively addressing delays
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align purchasing with project timelines
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast purchasing needs based on upcoming projects
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve margins through smarter purchasing decisions
• Resolve issues related to delays, damages, or order discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records and reporting in internal systems (HubSpot/QuickBooksOnline)
• Continuously improve purchasing workflows and processes

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• 2–5+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain
• Bachelor's Degree (Required) - Master's Degree (Preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills (English required)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a sense of ownership
• Experience in furniture, manufacturing, or construction procurement is a plus
