You will work with suppliers and teams across P&G to turn business needs into accurate and compliant purchasing execution, manage related data, and solve operational challenges. Your work will help strengthen efficiency, supply continuity, and business value. 💰 Compensation details: for this role the monthly starting salary is 10000 RON Gross. We consistently benchmark our salaries against top competitors and every P&G employee’s salary is reviewed at least annually so there is ample room for growth. In addition to this , you will receive a 13th salary once per year and a vacation bonus. What will you do? Support sourcing and supply operational activities, including price updates, quotations, bidding events, supplier qualification or connectivity processes. Maintain accurate supplier, contract, and purchasing information in company systems. Prepare and use operational data, reports, and analytics to support daily activities and business decisions. Resolve data gaps, and other purchasing-related issues by following established workflows. Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to follow up on actions, monitor service levels, and support timely issue resolution. Ensure compliance with company policies, purchasing procedures, internal controls, and applicable regulations, while maintaining accurate documentation and supporting audit readiness. Execute business continuity plans during supply disruptions, coordinating operational actions with suppliers and internal teams. Identify and escalate operational risks or issues, providing relevant information to enable effective decision-making. Contribute to process simplification, digital adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives that reduce manual work, errors, and rework. Share ideas and best practices that improve the experience of suppliers, internal partners, and the wider organization. Very good written and spoken English. Experience in purchasing operations or with SAP, procurement, master data, reporting, or analytics tools may represent an advantage. Ability to work with data, systems, tools and documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel. Good organization, ownership, and ability to deliver quality work on time. Clear communication and confidence to follow up and escalate issues when appropriate. Ability to work effectively within structured processes and teams, while following company policies and controls. Strong attention to detail and execution discipline. Curiosity, adaptability, and a continuous-improvement mindset.
