Python Backend Lead (Hybrid – Warsaw, 1 day per month on-site)

Check if we're looking for you: You have experience working on web applications (3+ years of experience) ; You work with Python, Django, PostgreSQL ; You use modern AI tools (LLMs, agents) in daily engineering work to accelerate development, debugging, and documentation creation, while applying a solid engineering approach to result verification and maintaining quality and security; You feel comfortable working in a small team, managing processes, taking initiative, and making decisions 🚀 You have experience leading engineering teams or mentoring developers, supporting their growth, providing technical guidance, and fostering a collaborative team environment; You are comfortable coordinating technical work, making architectural and delivery decisions, and taking ownership of project execution and team outcomes; You can communicate in English both spoken and written (B2+) . Important note on work setup As this is a leadership role, we believe it's essential for you to build strong relationships with the local team. For this reason, we ask you to visit our Warsaw office once a month to meet with the team in person, exchange ideas, and strengthen collaboration.
