What are we looking for?

• More than 5 years of proven experience in Python development;
• Strong experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services;
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and/or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG);
• Experience with message brokers, such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar;
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, asynchronous communication, and event-driven architectures;
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills;
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment;
• Fluency in English (mandatory).

What will you do?

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python;
• Build and integrate AI-powered solutions leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG;
• Design and implement asynchronous, event-driven architectures using message brokers;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical decisions, system architecture, and code quality;
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment;
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
