QA Analyst

The QA Analyst will support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for a regulatory-driven initiative. This role focuses on executing test cases, validating data and reporting outputs, and working closely with business and technology teams to ensure solutions meet requirements and are production-ready. Key Responsibilities: Execute UAT test cases and scenarios across data, reporting, and dashboarding solutions Support test planning, including test case creation, data setup, and validation approach Validate data accuracy, reconciliation, and reporting outputs against business requirements Log, track, and retest defects; support triage and resolution with QA and development teams Collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria Maintain test documentation, execution status, and evidence for audit purposes Provide regular updates on testing progress, risks, and issues Support go-live activities, including validation and post-release checks Required Skills & Experience: Experience in QA/UAT for data, reporting, or analytics-driven projects Strong understanding of data validation, reconciliation, and testing methodologies Data/database platform testing and SQL testing Hands-on experience with test execution and defect management Ability to work in cross-functional teams (business, QA, development) Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Good communication and documentation skills Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall environments Tools & Technologies: SAS / Transend (projections and payments) Test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM) Nice to Have: Experience in financial services or corporate treasury AWS and Athena (AWS exposure and understanding of the environment) Exposure to regulatory reporting and compliance frameworks Background in dashboarding and monitoring solutions What Adastra can offer you: Diverse career growth opportunities Extensive portfolio of technical trainings Access to certification programs Leadership and soft skills trainings Exposure to challenging projects in an international environment Opportunity to work with the latest technologies in the Data field Multicultural, dynamic, and learning-focused working environment Extended Additional Health insurance package Multisport cards Additional annual paid leave days Opportunity to work from home Recharge program for a better balance between work and personal commitments Referral bonus program Corporate social and charity initiatives and Events Regular team buildings and office parties Three office locations in Bulgaria with a relax and gaming area Are you ready to join a dynamic team of Information Management professionals committed to deliver best-in class solutions and services to the world’s leading organizations?
