Required Skills & Experience Technical Skills Extensive experience with Selenium for web automation using Java/Python. Proficient in Automation API testing using tools like Ready API, Postman, Playwright. Ability to set up automation frameworks from scratch. Experience with CI/CD testing. Proficiency with Jenkins. Knowledge of integrating automation tools with test management tools. Strong knowledge of Agile test methodology. Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA, DevOps etc. Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies Soft Skills Strong communication and analytical skills. Ability to work with cross-functional teams. Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working in fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, Test Complete. Perform Automated API testing to ensure the reliability of web Applications. Integrate automation tools with test management tools. Nice to Have: Knowledge of Automation tools like Cypress, Test Robot Automation, ReadyAPI, Mendix. Experience with database testing preferably SQL. Knowledge of data migration testing. Understanding of ETL processes and testing. Preferred domain experience in Insurance & healthcare. Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB). Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree/MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven track record of delivering high-quality automation testing solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to multitask and flexibility with timing.
