THE ROLE We're looking for a detail-oriented QA Analyst to join our team and help us ship high-quality mobile experiences on iOS and Android. You'll work closely with product, design, and engineering to understand requirements, design thorough test strategies, and catch issues before they reach our users. If you have a sharp eye for bugs, love well-written documentation, and thrive in a fast-paced product environment — we'd love to hear from you. Location: Barcelona WHAT YOU'LL DO Design and maintain detailed test plans and test cases based on product requirements and user stories. Execute manual tests across iOS and Android platforms, including functional, regression, and exploratory testing. Analyze product requirements and technical specifications to identify gaps, ambiguities, and edge cases early. Log, reproduce, and prioritize bugs clearly in the issue tracker, with full context for the development team. Perform basic API validation using tools like Postman to verify backend behavior and data integrity. Collaborate with PMs and developers in sprint planning and grooming to estimate QA effort and flag risks. Track and manage QA tasks, balancing priorities across multiple features in parallel. WHAT YOU'LL BRING 2-4 years of experience in software QA, with a focus on mobile app testing (iOS and Android). Solid experience writing test plans and test cases from functional and non-functional requirements. Proficiency with manual testing techniques - black-box, exploratory, regression, and smoke testing. Experience with bug tracking tools such as Jira, Linear, or equivalent. Ability to read and analyze requirements critically, asking the right questions to reduce ambiguity. Some hands-on experience with API testing tools (Postman, Insomnia, or similar). Strong organizational skills and ability to triage and prioritize bugs and tasks under pressure. At least basic knowledge with test automation (TypeScript). Clear written and verbal communication in English. Nice to have: Exposure to test automation tools (Appium, Playwright, Maestro, XCUITest, Espresso). Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams. Familiarity with performance or accessibility testing on mobile. Basic understanding of version control (GitHub).
