We would like to meet a QA Automation for a project with a remote working model:

What we’re looking for:

Manual Testing:

• Strong experience in requirements and acceptance criteria analysis
• Test design, execution and exploratory testing
• Regression and smoke testing
• Bug validation and retesting

Test Automation:

• Solid hands-on experience with test automation, preferably Playwright
• Creation, maintenance and execution of automated tests
• Failure analysis and troubleshooting
• Identification, investigation and resolution of flaky/unstable tests

End-to-End Release Ownership:

• Planning and coordinating QA activities throughout the release lifecycle
• Ensuring requirements and tickets have appropriate test coverage
• Coordinating regression testing
• Identifying, assessing and communicating quality risks
• Evaluating release readiness for Production

QA Leadership & Quality Practices:

• Mentoring and supporting other QA team members
• Reviewing QA work and promoting quality best practices
• Driving continuous improvement across QA processes and practices
• Working autonomously with strong critical thinking and analytical skills

AI in QA:

We are particularly interested in candidates with an interest in and/or experience using Artificial Intelligence to improve QA processes, including:

• Requirements analysis and ambiguity detection
• Test case generation and improvement
• Supporting the creation and maintenance of automated tests
• Failure investigation and analysis
• QA documentation
• Process optimisation and team efficiency
• Responsible use of AI tools, always ensuring human validation of AI-generated results
