Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright with TypeScript.
• Implement scalable and reusable automation solutions, applying design patterns such as the Page Object Model (POM).
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end tests for web applications.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure software quality throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the CI/CD process by integrating automated tests into deployment pipelines.
• Create, document, and maintain test cases, test plans, and test coverage reports.
• Ensure effective defect lifecycle management, including documentation, prioritization, and resolution.
• Apply exploratory, risk-based, and results-oriented testing approaches.
• Use tools such as JIRA and XRay for test execution tracking and defect management.
• Stay up to date with tools, trends, and best practices in quality automation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in test automation.
• Proven experience using Playwright with TypeScript.
• Knowledge of version control tools like Git and platforms like GitHub.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Ability to create, execute, and maintain well-structured automated test cases.
• Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with Selenium as an additional automation tool.
• Basic SQL knowledge for data validation is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in cross-functional and dynamic environments.
• Fast learner with adaptability and a proactive mindset.
