You will act as a quality advocate and technical leader, using AI as a force multiplier to improve testing effectiveness, accelerate feedback cycles, and increase engineering productivity. Equally important, you will help teams develop a culture of shared quality ownership by coaching engineers to build quality into solutions from the outset through better requirements, stronger automation, effective testing strategies, and data-driven decision making. Working closely with Product Owners, Engineers, Architects, Security, and Support teams, you will help define quality strategies, testing approaches, evaluation frameworks, and engineering standards that enable teams to deliver secure, resilient, and customer-focused solutions at scale.
