QA Engineer (A2) - Manual and Automation Testing

Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium. Perform Automated API testing to ensure the reliability and performance of web Applications. Conduct performance testing to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance. Set up automation frameworks from scratch. Integrate automation code/tools to CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins, Python, or Java. Mandatory Skills: Extensive experience with Selenium for web automation using Java/Python. Proficient in Automation API testing using tools like Ready API, Postman, Playwright. Ability to set up automation frameworks from scratch. Experience with CI/CD testing. Proficiency with Jenkins. Knowledge of performance testing tools and methodologies using LoadRunner/JMeter. Knowledge of integrating automation code/tools to CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins, Python, or Java. Strong knowledge of Agile test methodology. Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA, DevOps, etc. Excellent communication skills. Nice to Have: Knowledge of Automation tools like Selenium, Test Robot Automation. Experience with database testing, preferably SQL. Knowledge of data migration testing. Understanding ETL processes and testing. Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) GenAI, LLM Model testing experience. Test Data creation exposure using code Harbour, synthetic data generator or any other tool. Strategize and estimate new automation requirements/projects. Preferred domain experience in Insurance & Healthcare. Scheduling and Parallel execution Setup. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree/MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven track record of delivering high-quality automation testing solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
