QA Engineer – Manual Testing

Location: Remote (Colombia)

Experience: 6–8 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a QA Engineer with strong Manual Testing experience to validate enterprise applications across functional, integration, and regression testing. The ideal candidate should have experience working in Agile teams and ensuring high-quality software releases

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test cases based on business requirements
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing
• Log, track, and retest defects through closure
• Validate web applications, APIs, and data-driven workflows
• Work closely with Product, Development, and Business teams
• Participate in sprint planning, UAT, and release activities

Required Skills

• 6+ years of Manual QA experience
• Strong knowledge of STLC and defect lifecycle
• Experience with regression and functional testing
• Experience testing enterprise web applications
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams

Good to Have

• API testing using Postman or similar to
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
