QA Internship – Gliwice (Remote Friendly)

Emporix is an AI-driven Autonomous Commerce Execution Platform that gives enterprises full control over how their commerce works. It orchestrates operations end-to-end—so companies can scale faster, respond smarter, and deliver better customer experiences. We are looking for a QA Intern (Manual or Automation) from Silesian University of Technology to join our team as part of a university internship program. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with modern cloud infrastructure and deployment processes in a real product environment. This role can be performed remotely or from our office in Gliwice. If possible, we encourage joining the team in the office approximately once per month to connect and collaborate in person. What You’ll Be Doing Support the team in testing our React-based web application across different browsers and devices Execute manual test cases and help identify and report bugs Assist in basic test automation tasks (depending on your interest), e.g. working with tools like Cypress or similar Help verify failed tests and support logging issues in Jira Learn how testing integrates into CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows Collaborate with developers and QA engineers Use tools like Git, Jira, Confluence, and Slack in your daily work About You You are currently enrolled at Silesian University of Technology (Computer Science or similar field) You have a basic understanding of how web applications work You are detail-oriented and enjoy finding and understanding issues You are comfortable communicating both in Polish and English (B1/B2 or above) You are available to join the office in Gliwice around once per week Bonus Points (Not Required) First exposure to software testing (manual or automated) Basic knowledge of JavaScript Curiosity about testing tools (e.g. Cypress, Playwright, or similar) Awareness of APIs and how they work (no hands-on experience required) Familiarity with Git or similar tools What Happens After the Internship We are specifically looking for interns who are interested in continuing their journey with us beyond the internship . After a successful internship and evaluation, we aim to offer the opportunity to continue working part-time under a mandate contract , allowing you to combine your studies with real industry experience.
