QA Specialist (French Speaking ) Apply We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical and technically-minded Quality Specialist to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data and delivery for our Digital Content Products, primarily focusing on the French market with potential for other international markets in the future. Key Responsibilities: ● Conduct comprehensive testing, checking, and monitoring of data and delivery processes for Digital Content Products primarily in France. ● Oversee and monitor data outputs and final deliveries to clients. ● Communicate with clients and offer support during client calls and in-person meetings related to data quality and monitoring in French language. ● Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to enhance existing processes and products and successfully introduce new measurement technologies. ● Provide guidance and serve as the primary escalation point for all quality and monitoring inquiries from team members. ● Document and maintain all processes and quality assurance procedures Required Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience. ● Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in both English and French are mandatory. ● Knowledge of digital products, and an understanding of digital tagging and analytics measurement technologies is an advantage. ● Analytical capabilities, excellent attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. ● Advanced data analysis skills and proficiency with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (or similar data tools). ● Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective internal and external interaction. ● Experience in a client-facing role or providing support to clients is desirable. ● Project management skills to drive tasks and documentation to completion. 👍 English: upper-intermediate 🌍 Location: 📩 Ready to Join?
