QA Technical Lead at BairesDev
As a QA Technical Lead, you will define and oversee the end-to-end testing strategy across multiple teams. You will serve as the technical authority for quality standards, balancing high-level planning with hands-on leadership to ensure robust software delivery for complex integrated systems.
What You'll Do
Architect and govern comprehensive test strategies covering UI, API, and performance layers.
Lead risk-based testing initiatives to prioritize critical functionalities and optimize resource allocation.
Oversee the full defect lifecycle and streamline team workflows to improve resolution speed and accuracy.
Establish and document QA best practices, including tooling standards and quality governance metrics.
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to align testing phases with the product development lifecycle.
Mentor engineering teams on advanced testing methodologies and the implementation of automated frameworks.
What We Are Looking For
5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Technical Leadership roles.
Proven expertise in designing and implementing comprehensive test strategies across UI, API, and performance layers.
Hands-on experience with multi-layer testing and risk-based testing methodologies.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage team workflows and the defect lifecycle.
Proficiency in establishing QA processes and planning for complex integrated systems.
Advanced proficiency in English.
