QA Tester – Production Industry

We are currently looking for: QA Tester – Production Industry Requirements: We are currently looking for a QA Tester to join a project within the Production Industry, contributing to the definition and execution of testing strategies and ensuring the quality and validation of software deliverables. Required Competencies: 2+ years of professional experience in Software Testing / QA Experience defining Test Strategies according to testing requirements Experience creating frameworks for: Test case identification Test case creation Test execution Reporting Documentation Experience implementing testing cycles at Sprint, Release and Rollout levels Ability to review deliverables and outcomes from a validation perspective Experience collaborating closely with Development teams to ensure compliance and completion of required reviews and approvals Experience with ALM tools , particularly: Jira Azure English – minimum C1 Candidates must reside in Portugal CV/Profile must be submitted in English Preferred Competencies: Experience with CI/CD Experience with AI/LLM ASTQB Certification Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and quality Proactive and collaborative mindset Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work effectively with Development and other technical teams Structured and methodical approach to testing and documentation Strong focus on quality and continuous improvement Location: Lisbon or Coimbra Work Model: Hybrid /At least 2 days per week at the office Salary Range: €2.200–€2.500 gross/month Note: Includes all components: Fixed, Variable, Meal Allowance, Remote Work, and Benefits.
