Learn more at www.btbtransformers.com We are looking for a QUALITY, HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGER Would you like to play a key role in building a more systematic, safer and more efficient business? In this role, you will act as a driver of continuous improvement across the organization. You will ensure that our operations are built on clear processes, consistent ways of working and a strong culture of continuous improvement. Working closely with management and cross-functional teams, you will ensure that our business management system supports operational excellence, sustainability and the company's continued growth. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining and continuously improving BTB's Business Management System in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards. You will develop processes, operating procedures and documentation, ensuring they remain clear, up to date and aligned with business objectives. You will monitor quality, health, safety and environmental (QHSE) objectives, KPIs and non-conformities. You will lead corrective and preventive actions and implement practices that strengthen safety, quality and operational performance across the organization. In addition, you will coordinate both internal and external audits. What we expect from you You have a relevant educational background in engineering, quality management, business administration or another suitable field. You have experience working with business management systems, quality management or QHSE-related responsibilities and possess a solid understanding of internationally recognised management system standards. You understand how management systems support business performance in practice and have experience in process development, reporting and data analysis. Experience with or knowledge of greenhouse gas (GHG) reporting is considered an advantage. You are analytical, systematic and able to see the bigger picture while driving development initiatives forward in a structured manner. You enjoy collaborating across functions, communicate clearly and inspire others to continuously improve the way they work. The role requires excellent English language skills, together with fluency in Finnish and/or Swedish. Why BTB?
