EPIC Health Partners is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) to join our growing behavioral health team. In this role, you will provide community-based Mental Health Skill-Building (MHSB) and/or Intensive In-Home (IIH) services that empower individuals and families to achieve greater stability, independence, and success. The ideal candidate is motivated to make a meaningful impact through direct client support, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care throughout Danville, Martinsville, and surrounding communities. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Maintain an assigned caseload of Mental Health Skill-Building (MHSB) and/or Intensive In-Home (IIH) clients. Provide high-quality, community-based behavioral health services in accordance with individualized service plans and treatment goals. Meet authorized service expectations and ensure continuity of care for assigned clients. Complete all required documentation accurately, thoroughly, and within established timelines. Participate in supervision, treatment planning, care coordination, staff meetings, and other required clinical activities. Collaborate with clients, families, referral sources, and community partners to support positive outcomes. Assist with temporary client coverage and scheduling needs as necessary. Coordinate regularly with the Program Manager, Clinical Specialist, and Operations Coordinator regarding assignments, service needs, and coverage. Adhere to all agency policies, regulatory requirements, and professional standards of practice. Qualifications: Registered as a QMHP with the VA Board of Counseling. Bachelor’s degree or higher in a Human Services-related field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Counseling). At least 1 year of behavioral health experience. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Current CPR/First Aid certification and TB screening. Work Environment: Community-based role providing direct support to clients in their homes and other community settings. Travel throughout Danville, Martinsville, and surrounding communities to deliver services and build meaningful connections with clients and families. Enjoy a balance of independent field work and collaboration with a supportive clinical and leadership team. Must be able to drive, sit, stand, walk, and actively engage with clients for extended periods throughout the workday.
