This means you will be expected to work from your home, within the continental US. If the role is remote, there may be occasions that you are requested to come to the office based on business need. Education & Experience Required Bachelor’s degree Healthcare, Business Administration, or a related field 3 or more years of job-related experience Or an equivalent combination of education and experience Principal Duties & Responsibilities • Monitors quality indicators with a proactive approach and takes steps to reduce deficiencies. • Identifies and corrects process gaps within service channels, implementing solutions for better performance. • Prepares periodic reports on quality volumes. • Mitigate negative impacts and loss of business • Supports project delivery by providing technical process expertise to align projects with established practices. • Conducts investigations and reviews of data practices to identify compliance issues and recommend actions. • Independently collect and analyze operational data, using standard tools to make recommendations that support departmental decisions. • Assess and evaluate projects deliverables and processes to identify opportunities for improvement. • Plans and conducts reviews of business data and metrics using standard methodologies, to identify weaknesses and recommend actions to improve performance. • Review and interpret information and provide advice to internal clients on an appropriate action, to comply with procedural and regulatory requirements. • Maintain document audit trail of activities to protect and support the organization, and the business in delivery standardization. • Performs other duties as required. Total Rewards The salary range for this job is $60,000 to $85,000. This range is specific to the job and salary offers consider a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and peer compensation. The range has been created in good faith based on information known to Aflac at the time of the posting. At Aflac, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role to allow for future and continued salary growth, and compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each case. This salary range does not include any potential incentive pay or benefits, however, such information will be provided separately when appropriate.
