Quality Assurance Auditor at BairesDev

As a Quality Assurance Auditor, you will ensure operational excellence by conducting thorough evaluations of internal processes and workflows. You will focus on maintaining high standards of compliance and efficiency, providing actionable insights to enhance organizational performance and service delivery.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive operational audits to ensure alignment with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement structured auditing frameworks, including detailed scorecards and evaluation metrics.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify process bottlenecks and areas for strategic improvement.
• Generate precise documentation and reports detailing audit findings, risks, and recommended corrective actions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and process integrity.
