Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

We are looking for a QA Engineer (Python) in Romania to support our ongoing project in Romania.

This is a 3-month fixed term salaried contract opportunity (Not B2B) and a full remote role. This is to work with Microsoft on Microsoft Teams engineering project.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze product requirements and design detailed test scenarios

• Execute manual tests, including functional, regression, and exploratory testing

• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines

• Collaborate with developers and product teams to clarify requirements

• Participate in code reviews for automated test scripts

• Contribute to improving testing strategies and overall test coverage

• Develop and maintain Python-based automation frameworks for functional and

regression testing.

• Write reusable Python test utilities, libraries, and helper modules to improve automation

efficiency.

• Integrate Python automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing.

Requirements:

• Experience in both manual and automation testing

• Strong understanding of QA processes and software development lifecycle

• Experience with test management and bug tracking tools (ADO)

• Programming knowledge in Python

• Experience with web automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools

• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

• Design data-driven and keyword-driven test scripts using Python to enhance test

coverage.
