Job Description Implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of automated testing solutions for enterprise software systems based on one or more technologies or products. Collaboration with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to understand product requirements and define comprehensive test strategies. Conception, design, and development of scalable test automation frameworks, reusable test components, and reliable quality engineering solutions. Independent and self-responsible implementation and quality assurance of product increments, including test automation, CI/CD integration, security and compliance testing, and defect management. Development and execution of automated UI, API, integration, regression, and end-to-end test suites. Root cause analysis, defect tracking, quality risk assessment, and continuous improvement of testing processes. Creation and maintenance of test strategies, test cases, quality metrics, and technical documentation as part of a software development project. You build it – you test it – you run it. Qualifications Qualifications Minimum of 6 years’ working experience in software testing, quality assurance, test automation, or a related field is required. Education minimium Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. Mandarin speaker Experience Experience with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional product teams. Strong hands-on experience in UI and API test automation. Experience with free and open-source technologies and enterprise tools such as Jira and Confluence. Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. IT, software testing, or programming-related certification is an advantage. Specific Knowledge / Skills Excellent communication skills in English. Good customer service orientation. Knowledge and Skills Develops highly complex test automation components, frameworks, and systems and is responsible for their quality and maintainability. Masters and implements test solution and implementation alternatives across technologies, tools, and programming languages. Is responsible for overarching test automation architecture, design, and quality strategy. Abstracts complex technical and quality relationships and translates them into practical testing approaches. Creates complex technical documentation, test strategies, quality reports, and automation guidelines. Designs and develops reliable, scalable, and maintainable enterprise test automation solutions. Advises product teams and customers on testability, quality risks, automation strategy, and quality engineering best practices. Leads automation initiatives and supports or mentors medium and large quality engineering teams. Presents test strategies, quality insights, risks, and automation solutions at customer and expert level. Responsibility and Scope for Decision-Making Designs the quality engineering environment for the implementation of highly complex topics, projects, and products. Evaluates and applies alternative test solutions, automation tools, and courses of action. Establishes automation standards and proactively organizes a collaborative and high-performing quality culture. Integrates relevant experts independently and proactively across business units. Acts with strategic and entrepreneurial vision to improve product quality, delivery speed, and test efficiency.
