About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality, reliability, and precision of our AI-driven platforms and applications. Your primary responsibilities will include designing comprehensive test strategies, executing end-to-end testing procedures, and validating complex AI outputs to ensure they meet the highest standards of accuracy and robustness. You will work closely with our engineering and product teams to identify potential issues early in the development cycle, facilitate continuous improvement, and uphold the integrity of our products. Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in QA testing, with a proven track record of working on AI or machine learning models, LLM applications, or AI-driven workflows.
- Deep understanding of functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with load, stress, and performance testing tools such as JMeter, Locust, or k6.
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks including Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or PyTest, alongside API testing tools like Postman or REST Assured.
- Strong technical skills in Python, RESTful APIs, and database querying (SQL/NoSQL) for data validation and back-end workflow verification.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and experience integrating testing processes within CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
Responsibilities
- Validate non-deterministic AI and ML model outputs, assessing response accuracy, drift, and handling edge cases to ensure robustness.
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive functional and regression test suites to maintain product stability across releases.
- Plan and perform load, stress, and performance testing to evaluate system scalability, resilience, and responsiveness under high concurrency.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for API and UI layers, complemented by exploratory manual testing to identify issues not covered by automation.
- Identify, document, and prioritize bugs and regressions, collaborating closely with developers to facilitate swift resolution and quality improvements.
- Integrate automated testing frameworks into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing, rapid feedback, and seamless deployment cycles.
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings to ensure quality standards are met and to contribute insights for product enhancement.
- Stay updated on the latest QA methodologies, automation tools, and AI validation techniques to continually improve testing processes.
