................ We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer for our client in the Lucerne area . In this role, you will drive Quality Assurance, ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, and support manufacturing excellence through close collaboration with Engineering and Operations. Task: Develop, implement and continuously improve Quality Assurance requirements, processes and standards across manufacturing operations Act as the main interface for Process Engineering and Operations on all quality and safety-related topics Translate customer and regulatory requirements into clear internal quality specifications and processes Define Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) features, Control Plans and process quality requirements together with Process Engineering and Operations Lead Non-Conformance Management, failure investigations and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for product and process deviations Moderate and support Process FMEA (PFMEA) and drive appropriate preventive and corrective actions Define and monitor Measurement & Test Equipment (M&TE), Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and Process Capability Support and oversee Assembly, Integration & Test (AIT/MAIT) process development and qualification from a quality perspective Perform Quality Inspections according to manufacturing inspection plans and ensure proper documentation of Key Inspection Points (KIP) and Mandatory Inspection Points (MIP) Establish and maintain robust process quality documentation and production records Support process qualification and ensure compliance with customer, regulatory and internal requirements Contribute to customer and internal audits as a Quality Assurance representative Support quality-related activities during RFI/RFQ and proposal processes Contribute to Continuous Improvement initiatives, quality training and coaching across the organization Ensure the successful execution of the Quality Assurance Programme in line with project milestones Profil: Several years of professional experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Quality or Process Quality Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a comparable technical discipline Strong practical experience with Quality and I Continuous mprovement methodologies Solid knowledge of Root Cause Analysis techniques , such as 5 Why, Ishikawa/Fishbone and similar preventive quality methods Hands-on experience with Process FMEA/PFMEA, Non-Conformance Management, CTQ and Control Plans Knowledge of MSA, Process Capability and Measuring & Test Equipment Ideally, experience with EN9100/AS9100, ECSS, NASA or MIL standards Ability to quickly understand and analyse complex technical products, systems and processes Strong combination of theoretical quality expertise and hands-on practical skills, with the ability to coach and support teams directly on the shop floor Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills combined with excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal abilities Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working, while being an effective team player A confident and courageous personality with the ability to ask challenging questions and address quality issues openly Passion for quality, operational excellence and continuous improvement Willingness to travel nationally and internationally approximately 5–10% Good knowledge of MS Office Excellent written and spoken English skills, additional language skills such as German, French or Swedish are a strong advantage
