Explore more about us at: https://arac.amity.co Key Responsibilities Assist the QA team in testing web applications, software products, and AI-powered solutions. Execute manual test cases and document test results clearly. Identify, reproduce, and report bugs with detailed steps and supporting information. Support regression, functional, integration, and user acceptance testing. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other team members to understand requirements and ensure product quality. Assist in creating and maintaining test cases, test scenarios, and QA documentation. Support basic test automation activities and learn QA tools and frameworks under guidance. Perform exploratory testing to identify potential usability, functionality, and performance issues. Participate in reviewing product requirements and provide feedback from a quality perspective. Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing practices. Requirements Native Thai speaker. Duration: Minimum 3 months, up to 6 months. Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Basic understanding of software development and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Basic knowledge of software testing concepts and methodologies. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or similar is a plus. Familiarity with tools such as Postman, Jira, Git, or any test automation framework is a plus. Strong attention to detail and an ability to identify inconsistencies or potential issues. Analytical and problem-solving mindset. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn, ask questions, and work in a fast-paced technology environment. Passionate about software quality and building reliable products.
