Quality Assurance Manager

Information Technology Strategies, Inc. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiative in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to work for our company. Summary: Client Agency is Defense Logistics Agency Experience in quality assurance and quality control of IT Systems. Experience in verification and validation, software testing and integration, and software metrics, and their application to software quality assessment. Must be capable of maintaining and establishing a process for evaluating software and associated documentation. Must be able to determine the resources required for information technology quality control. Must be able to maintain the level of quality throughout the software lifecycle. Develops software quality assurance plans. Conducts formal and informal reviews at predetermined points throughout the development lifecycle. Applies subject matter knowledge to high level analysis, design, development, modeling, simulation, integration, installation, documentation and implementation. Resolves problems, which require an intimate knowledge of the related technical subject matter. Applies principles and methods of the subject matter to specialized solutions. Includes but not limited to environmental, scientific, maintenance and repair processes, and logistical support activities. Requirements: Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC). (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies) Five (5) years relevant experience. Experience in quality assurance and quality control of IT Systems. Experience in verification and validation, software testing and integration, and software metrics, and their application to software quality control. Oral presentation experience and excellent oral and written communication skills.
