The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Manager to support quality standards, process improvement, performance monitoring, and quality assurance activities across the organization.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to review processes, identify quality gaps, monitor performance, support corrective actions, and promote consistent standards across business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
• Establish quality monitoring processes aligned with organizational objectives.
• Conduct regular quality reviews, assessments, and process evaluations.
• Monitor operational performance against established quality standards and KPIs.
• Identify quality issues, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Work with department managers to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Review business processes, workflows, documentation, and service delivery standards.
• Maintain accurate quality records, reports, assessments, and improvement trackers.
• Analyze quality data, customer feedback, operational trends, and performance metrics.
• Prepare quality reports, dashboards, management updates, and recommendations.
• Support internal audits, compliance reviews, and quality assessments when required.
• Coordinate with Operations, Project Management, Customer Service, Compliance, IT, and other teams.
• Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Support quality training, awareness, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, customer experience, and operational performance.
• Support the development and monitoring of quality KPIs and performance indicators.
• Provide practical recommendations to management to strengthen quality processes and business performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Quality Management, Operations, Engineering, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in quality assurance, quality control, operations, process improvement, compliance, or a related role.
• Experience reviewing processes, monitoring performance, or conducting quality assessments is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of quality assurance principles and continuous improvement practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify process and quality issues.
• Comfortable working with reports, spreadsheets, quality metrics, and business documentation.
• Good understanding of KPIs, performance monitoring, and corrective action processes.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple departments and stakeholders.
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating with international teams.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• UAE or GCC experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Candidates with relevant quality, operations, compliance, customer service, or process improvement experience are encouraged to apply.
