Purpose
Working within the central Quality & Standards Team in collaboration with operational colleagues within Homes2inspire to ensure the high-quality delivery of services and continuous improvement across a broad range of services within Homes2inspire and Shaw Trust.
As Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and contributing to quality assurance activities, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, and embedding a culture of excellence across H2i. You will ensure that the voices, views, and lived experiences of children and young people are meaningfully incorporated into both strategic and operational decision-making. Additionally, you will ensure that all activities are fully compliant with relevant legislation, regulations, and best practice guidance.
