About the Role

Are you meticulous, curious, and excited about the future of artificial intelligence? Hiredbuddy is looking for a Quality Assurance Associate to join our remote AI training platform. In this role, you won't just test software—you'll be at the forefront of improving AI models by ensuring the data they learn from is accurate, unbiased, and high-quality.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating AI model responses for accuracy, relevance, and bias
• Annotating and labeling text, images, or code according to detailed specifications
• Writing high-quality reference answers and crafting effective prompts
• Reviewing AI-generated code for logical errors and suggesting improvements
• Identifying and documenting edge cases that could confuse AI systems
• Participating in calibration sessions to maintain consistency across the team

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience (entry level)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot nuances
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Basic understanding of technology and AI concepts (preferred but not required)
• Ability to follow complex instructions and guidelines
• Reliable internet connection and a computer
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
