Quality Assurance Specialist (Operations – Production Squad) About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Operations team as part of our Production (PROD) Squad . In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, stability, and reliability of our systems by designing and executing test scenarios, identifying issues, and collaborating closely with technical and business stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. Key Responsibilities Review and analyze system specifications and requirements to define appropriate testing approaches. Collaborate with QA Specialists to create effective test strategies, test plans, and test scenarios. Design, maintain, and execute functional test cases (manual and automated where applicable). Analyze test results, identify defects, and provide clear documentation and reporting. Report, track, and follow up on bugs and issues with Development and business teams. Support troubleshooting activities and contribute to root cause analysis of production issues. Perform post-release and post-implementation testing to ensure system stability and quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role. Hands-on experience identifying, troubleshooting, documenting, and tracking defects. Working knowledge of test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Xray, Zephyr, Bugzilla, TestLink, or similar). Working knowledge of SQL or other database technologies. Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex systems. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with different teams. Strong team player with willingness to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Experience working with operational and monitoring tools such as Jira Service Management, Kibana/Elastic, Grafana, or similar solutions is considered an advantage. Why Join Us?
