Quality Assurance Test Engineer

We’re seeking an experienced QA Engineer on behalf of our clients for a large scale project in banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and execute Manual Testing activities across the new banking platform.
• Take an active role in System Integration Testing (SIT), validating the integration and end-to-end functionality of different systems and components.
• Create detailed and effective test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts based on business and technical requirements.
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Perform regression and retesting activities to ensure that reported issues have been successfully resolved.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, technical teams, and other project stakeholders to investigate and resolve issues.
• Contribute to the overall stabilization and quality assurance of the new banking platform.
• Bring a basic understanding of test automation and support automation-related activities when required.
• Continuously look for opportunities to improve testing processes, coverage, and overall product quality.

Requirements:

• 3 -10 years of professional experience in QA / Software Testing.
• Strong practical experience in Manual Testing.
• Hands-on experience with System Integration Testing (SIT).
• Basic knowledge or exposure to Test Automation.
• Experience creating and executing test cases and test scenarios.
• Experience with defect management and tracking throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills both in Greek and English.
