We are hiring a Creative Quality Specialist - a key role in our team that ensures every piece of content is top-quality and ready to perform. You’ll ensure that all video and image ads we produce are optimized, error-free, and ready to convert. We need someone who can spot the nuances that make ads perform better and can push for excellence across the board. What will success look like? You will review and approve video and image ads for Meta that meet both performance and brand standards. You will ensure that every ad is engaging, polished, and aligned with our clients’ growth goals. You will help our team improve ad performance by providing actionable feedback on creatives. You will catch issues before they impact results, and you will be part of the creative brainstorming process to push for innovative ideas. Proven experience in quality assurance for creative content (especially video and image ads). A passion for delivering high-performing, high-quality work. If so, let’s talk! 🔍 Review and Approve Ads: You will work closely with our creative strategists and editors to ensure every ad (image, video, and animation) is high-quality, error-free, and ready to hit key performance indicators (KPIs) like CTR, Scrollstop, and CPA. 🛠️ Maintain Quality Standards: You will implement a robust QA process for reviewing all creative assets, ensuring they meet our brand and performance standards before going live. 📊 Analyze and Provide Feedback: You will analyze creative performance post-launch, identifying trends in winning ads and providing actionable feedback to the team for continuous improvement. 📚 Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: You will stay current with the latest social media ad trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our creative output remains top-tier. 🔧 Collaborate with the Creative Team: You will collaborate with editors to flag and correct inconsistencies, quality issues, and ensure smooth execution across all media platforms. 👉 C1 English : Excellent written and verbal communication skills to provide clear, concise feedback and ensure ad copy and visuals are flawless. 👉 Quality Assurance Experience : Familiarity with quality assurance workflows in media companies. 👉 Min. 40mbps Internet Speed : Fast, reliable internet to review and approve creatives efficiently without delay. 👉 High Attention to Detail : A sharp eye for catching inconsistencies, errors, and anything that could affect the quality and performance of our ads. 👉 Experience with Graphic Design and Video Editing (Adobe Suite) : Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator to identify design and video editing issues and collaborate effectively with the creative team.
