Job Description Overview A Data-Driven Quality Analyst is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving quality performance through data analytics, process audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role focuses on identifying trends, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and providing actionable insights to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Your role Collect, validate, and analyze quality-related data from projects, processes, and systems. Develop and maintain quality dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports. Conduct quality audits and compliance reviews against organizational standards and procedures. Identify trends, risks, defects, and root causes through data analysis. Recommend corrective and preventive actions to improve quality performance. Monitor adherence to quality processes and governance requirements. Collaborate with project teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to drive continuous improvement. Support quality reviews, lessons learned sessions, and process improvement initiatives. Provide insights and recommendations using tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, or other analytics platforms. Track and report quality metrics including rework, defect leakage, audit findings, compliance scores, and customer feedback. About you Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. Experience in Quality Assurance, Data Analytics, Process Improvement, or Project Governance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and data visualization tools. Knowledge of quality frameworks, audit methodologies, and continuous improvement practices. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with root cause analysis and KPI reporting. Improved quality compliance scores. Reduction in defects and rework. Increased process adherence and governance compliance.
