What will you bring: Work independently remotely and travel on-site to suppliers to ensure quality standards are being met (90% Travel anticipated, will be reimbursed for travel expenses per Company guidelines) Conduct supplier audits/assessments for identification of non-compliance areas and documenting RCCA items. Coordination with suppliers to monitor and support RCCA improvement plans identified and completed to RAIL agenda. Develop supplier recovery plans to increase Supplier Quality score and reduce Supplier Quality Corrective actions Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. Conduct thorough inspections and tests on products, components, and materials to identify any defects or deviations from specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. Analyze data and generate reports to track quality performance and identify areas for improvement. How will you get here: Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in assessments and audits in the aerospace or automotive and/or other related industries Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools, as well as MS Office skills. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as AS9100 and ISO 9001. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and precision. Effective communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Pay Range: $70,000 - $80,000 per annum Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan. Work Requirements: This role is considered a remote position for the customer location in Minneapolis, MN. You must be willing to travel to the customer site as needed.
