Quality Engineer – Industrial Infrastructure & Construction:

Title: Quality Engineer – Process Standardization & KPIs

Location: Boden, Sweden (Hybrid: 66% Onsite in Boden / 33% Remote)

Assignment Period: Mid-August 2025 – August 2026 (6–12 Months contract)

Workload: Full-Time (5 days / week)

About the Role:

• We are recruiting a Quality Engineer to support the coordination, effectiveness, and functional maturity of quality execution across a large-scale industrial construction project.
• Working directly with the Quality Control Manager, you will ensure the practical rollout of quality processes, metrics, and cross-functional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable cross-project quality processes in alignment with function leads.
• Develop and track quality KPIs to measure activity effectiveness and prepare progress reports for leadership.
• Coordinate the deployment of quality programs while identifying and resolving rollout blockers.
• Gather feedback from construction and commissioning teams to drive continuous process improvements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or an equivalent technical discipline.
• 3–7 years of experience in quality, construction, or commissioning (mechanical or electrical background).
• Strong familiarity with Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) principles on large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills; ability to facilitate alignment workshops across EPCM contractors and project teams.
