Quality Engineer I

We are currently seeking a Quality Engineer I to join an international, innovative, and quality-driven environment. This is a 6-month temporary position, with a strong possibility of extension . Responsibilities Manage and support supplier quality and change control activities , ensuring compliance with established requirements. Collaborate with suppliers on quality issue investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions . Monitor supplier performance through quality metrics, risk assessments, and audits . Support supplier qualification, development, and continuous improvement to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements. Participate in manufacturing transfer, expansion, and readiness initiatives , working closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality teams. Support the development and implementation of manufacturing quality processes, controls, and systems . Participate in investigations, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen product quality and operational efficiency. Communicate quality requirements, project status, risks, and recommendations to internal teams and suppliers . Broad theoretical knowledge related to the position, typically acquired through specialized academic education. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in positions or functions related to the field. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills . Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborative environments . Proficiency in English , both written and spoken.
