In this role, you will combine healthcare data analytics, quality improvement methodologies, and performance reporting to help drive measurable clinical and non-clinical outcomes. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing information, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement, facilitating quality initiatives, and communicating findings to support organizational decision-making. While technical reporting and data management skills are important, this is not a purely programming or software development role. What You'll Do Collaborate with market leaders, internal teams, and external partners to plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate quality improvement initiatives across all markets. Lead and support Quality Improvement Projects (QIPs), Performance Improvement Projects (PIPs), and other quality-focused initiatives aligned with organizational priorities. Analyze and interpret complex healthcare data to assess performance against quality metrics, benchmarks, and regulatory requirements. Serve as a subject matter expert in identifying quality trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement, translating findings into actionable recommendations. Apply continuous quality improvement methodologies such as root cause analysis, outcomes measurement, process improvement, and project management techniques. Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools using platforms such as SQL, Microsoft Access, Power BI, and Excel. Monitor and track clinical and non-clinical performance measures, ensuring accurate, timely, and consistent reporting. Prepare and present reports for leadership, committees, and regulatory stakeholders that highlight performance results and improvement activities. Contribute to the development and enhancement of quality infrastructure, including tracking systems, evaluation tools, and performance monitoring resources. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to help teams achieve quality goals and project milestones. Ensure compliance with information security requirements and safeguard protected health information (PHI). What You'll Bring Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality improvement, performance improvement, healthcare data analytics, quality reporting, performance measurement, or related healthcare quality functions. Experience supporting quality initiatives involving HEDIS, CMS measures, DQA measures, quality reporting, or similar performance programs. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data. Experience with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development using SQL, Microsoft Access, Power BI, and advanced Excel. Knowledge of continuous quality improvement principles and methodologies. Strong project management and process improvement capabilities. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to diverse audiences. Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and relationship-building skills. High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational effectiveness. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Compensation In the spirit of pay transparency, the base salary range for this position is $73,000 - $80,000, not including fringe benefits or potential bonuses. At Liberty, your final base salary will be determined by factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and experience. We are committed to pay equity and also consider the internal equity of our current team members when making final compensation decisions. Please note that the range listed represents the full base salary range for this role. Typically, offers are not made at the top of the range to allow for future salary growth.
